Add the tablespoon of sugar and the lime juice.  A lot of other recipes say to actually add lime wedges instead of just the juice but Jill prefers just the juice.</p> <p>Muddle the ingredients using a <a target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Muddler">muddler</a>. Fill the glass with ice.  Add the vodka and top off with club soda.
